Time-Based Services
System Coaching (1–2 Years)
A long-term partnership for districts seeking comprehensive transformation. Includes executive coaching, board support, systems alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Annual partnership with structured milestones.
Network Membership (1 Year)
Join a peer learning community of superintendents and system leaders focused on best practices, strategic planning, and leadership development.
One-time fee for 12-month participation.
Leadership Facilitation (By the Day)
Short-term facilitation for strategy sessions, board retreats, or executive team workshops—led by former superintendents and governance experts.
Day rate per facilitator.
Deliverable-Based Services
Annual Budget Planning
Facilitated process aligning your financial plan to your strategic priorities—including a Board workshop to set direction and community expectations.
Fixed fee; discounts available for network members.
Priority-Setting Process
Design and facilitation of a districtwide process to identify top priorities through listening sessions, data review, and board alignment.
Fixed fee.
Administrative Systems Alignment
Audit and optimization of key administrative systems, including HR, finance, and communications to ensure coherence across departments.
Fixed fee.
Governance System Alignment
Review and alignment of governance processes—policies, meeting structures, and performance goals—to help boards focus on what matters.

Superintendent Transition Support
Executive coaching and board facilitation to ensure clarity, continuity, and culture alignment during a leadership change.
